In person, at the park, or online anywhere in California. We figure out the rest together.

Therapy for young adults in Pleasant Hill, CA and virtually. For when you know the pattern and you're still stuck in it.

Something needs to change.

You've known it for a while. You've read the books, you've listened to the podcasts, and you're still stuck. Still tired. Still wondering why you can't move forward when everyone else seems fine.

I get it. I do.

I'm not going to talk down to you or teach you what boundaries are. You already know all the words. What we're after is what's underneath them, and that's work you don't have to do alone.

This is a space to figure out your own life, with someone in your corner who has no agenda for it.

We look at what's actually going on: what you want, what's in the way, and what your body is telling you when your head won't quiet down.

Some of it is unpacking the patterns you brought with you. Some of it is building tools for what's next. All of it moves at your pace, and you get to decide what we work on.

My job is to listen, ask real questions, and be honest with you, kindly, when you're ready for it.

What an hour with me looks like:

  • Walk into The Treehouse

Skylight, plants, snacks, tea. Grab a drink, take the couch, get comfortable. This space was built to not feel like a therapy office, and people tell me it doesn't.

  • Or skip the office entirely

There's a beautiful park across the street. If it fits what you're working on, we can walk and talk instead. Moving helps some brains say things sitting still can't.

  • Say more words

That's an actual thing I say. You start wherever you are, I listen, and I'll ask the questions that get underneath the version you've already rehearsed.

  • Leave with something to consider

Not homework. Not a worksheet. One real thing to sit with before next time. Some sessions go deep, some don't, and both count.

Frequently asked questions

how to start

You don't need to hit rock bottom to be here.

Stuck counts. Tired counts. Not knowing what you want counts.

Come in a few times, see what you think of me, then decide. No is an ok answer, and so is not yet. And if I'm not the right fit, I'll help you find who is, because that matters more to me than keeping you here.
